White Wine

Just the right amount of reduction here, holding lemon, white peach, wild cherries and more savory notes of spice and grilled nuts really fresh. The palate delivers punchy impact with impressive build and a nicely honed textural thread. Acidity, as ever, is paramount.

A brilliant pale greenish-yellow colour. The very nice expressive nose has white flower scents. The attack is bold and generous. This wine, which is balanced on the palate, has good volume and quite exceptional long-lasting scents and tastes for a Bourgogne Blanc.

Another terrific white is the Cotes du Rhone Blanc, a cuvee that continues to over-deliver in just about every vintage. Tasting like a top-flight Condrieu with its tangerine honey and floral aromas and flavors, it’s pure, elegant and impeccably balanced on the palate.

“L’Altro” is the Italian version for “the other”. We called it “L’Altro” in order to distinguish it from the other Chardonnay, Piodilei. Very fresh, fruity, spicy, with great minerality and a slight of vanilla note with a fragrant and ripe rich fruit.

Red Wine

Dark red with a beautiful brightness. Open, powerful nose, with the notes of garrigue and clove that are characteristic of wines from Corbières’ best terroirs. After a smooth, fresh attack on the palate, the wine develops more power. Very good, dense structure. Despite their youth, the tannins are already supple and supported by well-integrated wood. This wine presents a particularly fine harmony between freshness and structure. 49% Syrah, 23% Carignan, 14% Mourvèdre, 14% Grenache.

Beautiful ruby colour. This wine has pleasant, fresh, red-fruit aromas on the nose, which we also savour on the palate. It has rich and very ripe substance, with fine round tannins. It’s a very well-structured and pleasant wine.

Another terrific white is the Cotes du Rhone Blanc, a cuvee that continues to over-deliver in just about every vintage. Tasting like a top-flight Condrieu with its tangerine honey and floral aromas and flavors, it’s pure, elegant and impeccably balanced on the palate.

This is a no-wood malbec with such pretty and enticing aromas and flavors. Dark berry and green tea undertones. Medium-to-fullbody, firm and silky tannins and a flavorful finish. Drink now.
