Caterconnect is an online platform that connects you to a host top restaurants for all your catering needs from Bento meals, mini buffets to the elaborate Full set-up menus accompanied with tables, linings, thematic designs and exquisite serving wares etc.

What are the catering services provided by Caterconnect?

Mini Buffet Drop Off

Drop-off buffet menus are where the catered food is served in disposable trays alongside disposable cutleries and serving ware are also provided. Tables and warmers are not provided. A highly recommended catering option for simpler gathering/functions or people searching for pocket friendly options.

Full Set up Menus

Food will be served in warmers and placed on tables with our thematic setups. Decorative pieces and simple touches will be added to add a nice touch to your table set-up. Disposable cutlery, tongs and serving spoons will be provided. If you look to add a touch of elegance to your dining experience, our various porcelain dining wares are available for rental if required.

An option that is greatly recommended where a beautiful display and set up is required for your event, we recommend ordering a full set-up theme menu.

Bento Meal Box

A form of drop off service where an individual meal is prepared and packed carefully by our restaurants. Dishes are placed in different compartments in our high quality disposable bento boxes. An ideal service where a power lunch or staff welfare dining services are required. Quick, easy, fuss free!

Meal Plan

An option where our Caterconnectors will customise a menu to meet your requirements from our collection of restaurants. Meal Plan can be in the form of Bento meals, drop off buffets or full set ups. The frequency of service is totally up to you from a daily affair to once a week or even once a month over a period of time.

Are the prices the same if we are to order from the restaurant directly?

YES! Prices reflected on Caterconnect.co are the same as prices reflected from the respective restaurants.

Would Caterconnect be able to provide other party/event services?

Yes! We at Caterconnect do provide the following additional services:

Beverage planning services from alcoholic to non alcoholic services. (Cocktail, Wines & Spirits Bottle service, “live” mixology stations and beer tap services. Non alcoholic services are also available from mocktail to fresh fruit juice stations)

What is the minimum lead time required for each catering order?

As we look to bring the best experience and food & beverage quality to you, our restaurant team will require 3 working days prior to the event date.

Would Caterconnect be able to handle orders less than the required lead time?

Please call us at +65 65133393 to enquire if you require services less than 3 working days before event date.

Would it be possible to order from the various restaurants on Caterconnect’s platform?

Not at the moment. The relevant minimum order will be required for the various restaurants that you would like to order from. Delivery charges and other relevant charges will be incurred accordingly.

Are we able to amend or change our orders?

Yes! You may make changes to your orders with a min of 2 working days before event date.

Are we able to request a refund on our orders?

Orders cancelled by our network of restaurants OR Caterconnect, a full refund will be made to you via the mode of payment receive from you.

Cancellation made by you 5 working days prior to delivery date will result in a full refund via the mode payment received.

Cancellation made by you 3-4 working days prior to delivery date will result in a 70% refund via the mode payment received.

Cancellation made by you 2 working days or less prior to delivery date will result in NO refund.

What should I do if no confirmation email is received?
